How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, parenthood, dine out, outdoor retreat, my first pet, fitness, bowling night, backyard, movie, hang out, cool, kitchen, perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This has worked for me and other games. The current Sim, I am playing in my current game was downloaded from the gallery versus being created. Otherwise nothing unusual. I use no mods. Complete, fabulously, wealthy. Expect to receive interest and do not.
What happens when the bug occurs? This Sim has never received interest payments. And I have been playing at least a couple days since he became fabulously wealthy
What do you expect to see? I expect to see interest payments on a regular basis.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It wasn’t after a patch, but it was after I pre-ordered rentals.
