@Bossiee You could contact support and appeal the ban. You could also see how long the ban is for too. The last thread I saw some get banned for 7 days and some permanent. So if you have the 7 day one it should lift after 7 days. I would imagine permanent bans would never lift but not sure. I suppose it all depends on how long and what your ban is for.

I'm permanently banned. I've appealed three times and all were rejected.I would like to know if there is any chance to use this account again, or to convert the permanent ban to a ban for a certain period of time.

I still don't know what went wrong to cause the ban. I think if it's your first violation, you should be banned for a period of time, not permanently. The official didn’t even give any reminder. If this is still the case in the future, then when we play online, we must always worry about the danger of being banned.

@Bossiee The length might depend on the reason for the ban. Also I would guess permanent would mean permanent but it’s something ea or someone else that has had a ban would have to say to be sure.
