[HSY] Prom Gramophone plays other radio stations w/ just prom option

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except for WW and 7 kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Earn the prom gramophone object from attending the prom. The object has only one radio station -- "Prom Night"
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will use and interact with the object, but it turns on to a random radio station. In one instance, my sim turned on the Metal station.
What do you expect to see? The Gramophone isn't treated like every other stereo in the game, so it should always turn on to the Prom Night station unless upgraded.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So I made a Teen Sim and sent her through her paces through the High School Years expansion pack.  Then Saturday evening, the prom came up. In the very same vein as everyone who said they could not get their Sims to dance with other Sims and get gold at the event (and since that day was also Talk like a Pirate day), she obtained a silver one of those gramophone record players at best.

Progressively through the week, I noticed my Sim was playing different radio stations on it, even though I could click on it and see just one station -- "Prom Night" (which is most of the music from that night's events). There was one time she was working on writing skills and she had the Metal station playing through it.

Not sure if this is meant to be a bug or a feature, but the gramophone wasn't meant to be treated like every other stereo in the game unless upgraded with "Super Reception".
