Yes, I also have mods, but I have downloaded modconflict which tracks while mods conflicts with the game and I have deleted all those that are, so I don't think that my cc is the problem ;c perhaps it is but I don't think so

Oh wait, hang on... You're right, there was something wrong with my cc. Once I removed all of them as a test, it was completely fine ;o strange isn't it?

No, it's not strange.
Custom content/mods need updating with every patch.
The tools are only so good. They can detect conflict with other mods and maybe even against a patch if they are XML mods but I doubt they can detect script mods issues or cc problems.
You need to comb through your stuff and find the guilty party
