Game Crashing after Reinstall 2x (w error files attached)

this is without custom content clearly as i've tried to start with a clean slate 2 times already.

they game loads up fine sometimes it crashes 5 minutes in ( i have a 64g ram with my 4090 graphics card). i have already tried the safe boot route as well. nothing is working.

the crash happens 5 minutes after loading up a household. i've tried lowering video settings (that seemed to help it last 10 minutes but it crashed....) i loaded it back up with the lowervideo settings and it still crashed after 5 minutes.

If that alone doesn't help, look for a BIOS update for your motherboard.  Your dxdiag doesn't list the exact model, but it's listed in several places, including printed on the board itself.  Google "[model name] support" and look for the Asus support page.  Your current BIOS version is 3601.

If updating the BIOS doesn't help, boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which may be called something slightly different (Asus sometimes has its own special names for certain settings).  It will be somewhere under Advanced settings and have Turbo in the name.
