@LaineyBug1264 Is this the only relationship that's showing in the profile too or do you maybe have both ?

I had them declare each other enemies and that showed up. but nothing else besides Lovers.

This is happening to me too in a variety of situations. On PS5. The relationship labels generally get stuck on either Lovers or Acquaintances: for example, sims with both friendship and romance maximized are Lovers instead of Soulmates, and a different couple with both friendship and romance at -50 are still labeled as Acquaintances. This has been happening for a long time so it’s not due to one of the recent patches.
