Re: [FIXED] [ECO] [CoL] NPC Sims not filling regular positions

I've started new fresh save. Travelled to Henford. All premade NPCs are still gone, replaced by random townies.

Please, fix it,EA.... This makes game unlayable... I'm not touching my old save right now.
