Re: [FIXED] Toddlers not receiving Top Notch/Happy Toddler traits on aging up

I'm also having this issue. Not sure if a new thread should be created or not.  Can't seem to find anything indicating if someone has the top notch infant trait that you also can't get top notch toddler?  The only mod I have installed is one that fixes the order in which toddlers learn shapes, letters and numbers since the game has them out of order.

My toddler had all skills at max level.  He is from a wizard bloodline, but otherwise had no other traits.  I have never had this problem before.

Cheating the traits works for me but it's annoying to have to remember to do it.

It happens to me too!

I observed that sometimes the level-up notification doesn't appear at all, so if it happens from level 3 to 4, then the level-up notification won't appear when the toddler get the level 5. I wonder that you actually have and see a full level 5 toddler, but sims 4 does not consider him at all like that, so it does not give him the reward trait.

Facing the same issue here! All my saves with the same problem. I have sims from two different generations, one before the last update not receiving the trait, one after the last update also not getting the trait.

@EA_Mat, can any of you give us an update or solution?

This bug is still happening to me. I'm able to add the trait to the child afterwards via cheat codes, but as a family-style/legacy player I'm honestly sick of it. What's the point of challenging yourself to raise your toddlers' skills before they age up if I'm just going to have to cheat the trait in anyways?

I just don't understand how we got the pack Growing Together and yet this is still not improved.
