How often does the bug occur? Every time.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in to CAS after installing the Ranch pack and check faces?
What happens when the bug occurs? Face options empty, cannot access.
What do you expect to see? Face options.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Nope, never used on console.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes.
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed the Ranch DLC

Same issue as a lot of others, I'm on PS5. As soon as I installed the horse ranch DLC, CAS no longer displays face options. Everything else in CAS seems to be working as intended for me. I uninstalled, reinstalled, everything I can do on PlayStation. I had to randomize my sim until I was satisfied enough with a face to move forward. It seems this is a pretty common issue with this pack, so I hope there is going to be a patch put in place. This was disappointing to find after paying full price for a new pack.
