Writing Songs, Books, Knitting Stuff Progress Resets

What is your current game version number? 1.91.186.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion, Game, and Stuff Packs. Kits: Bust the Dust, Blooming Rooms, Carnival Streetwear, Decor to the Max, Little Campers, & Industrial Loft.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim start writing a book, writing a song, or start a knitting project. Let them work on it a while then cancel out. Then start them back on the project.
What happens when the bug occurs? When they start back on the project, all progress with reset. With the book, you can still choose "Resume Writing" and you don't have to do the title or anything, but all progress has been erased. With the song, the sheet music or music drive (Digi-Rad Keyboard) can still be found in the sim's inventory but, again, all progress is reset. Knitting you can still "Resume Knitting", but all progress is reset.
What do you expect to see? Whatever progress a sim makes on a project should be saved so that they pick up where they left off.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This was an issue prior to the most recent update also. I noticed it last week.
