Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Most Current Patch
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Talk to any sims
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims constantly ask to be best friends they also come into your home univited and ask.
What do you expect to see? I expect Sims to not enter uninvited and ask to be best friends. No asking to be best friends constantly 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Added high school years.

    @Rachelharris31 Okay. Seems like something in the code maybe has entering a home and asking to be best friends overriding the lot trait then.

    It's the app thing. They get to the best friends point on the bar, and it like triggers a "you've reached the best friends point, you must go ask the pc sim to be your best friend, even though it's 2 am, he's asleep, the lot is set to private, and the door is set to no trespassing. It's ok, he definitely likes you and wants to be your best friend" 

    And then they get mad when I tell them to get the f*** out of my house
