the reason we found why it wouldn't load the game properly was because of the anti virus program u have to disable that before installing the game. and the reason for the game not wanting to load is because it didn't remove some of the files that was left behind while it was installing the game. i was able to fix that problem with a cheap program called wincleaner it's a cheap program that helps keep windows cleaned up and running smoothly its like 10-15 dollars for a full year. why we would have to disable the antivirus program is one of the things that really worries me unless they are adding things to our computers they don't want us to know about and that really drops my trust with ea games.
