[DU] No Ultra Speed When Sim Goes To Class While Living On Home Lot

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enroll your Sim in University but set your housing as your own lot (residential lot) and wait until your Sim goes to class.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unlike when your Sim goes to work/school when your Sim goes to university class the game won't automatically go into ultra speed and you also can't go into ultra speed either. It acts like when a Sim is still on the lot which prevents auto speed.
What do you expect to see? When my Sim is off the lot and they are the only controllable Sim on the lot I expect the game to go into ultra speed like when they go to work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I will try to capture game footage of the bug in action when I have time. I'm on console so it's a bit of a work around sharing media lol.
