Re: Sims 4 Photography skill.

It reads to me like you might not be clicking on the right buttons.  They are on the bottom left of the camera interface.  Here is an image of setting the size to medium, large, and small.  Also, you should be aware of the button to switch your orientation from landscape to portrait.  I hope this helps!
