Black Screen When Loading Game, PC Needs Restart

Question

Yesterday night, I opened my game and when it loaded a black screen showed up, only revealing an image when pressing the enter key and needing a restart. It happens with or without mods, I have deleted the game cache and the EA App Cache, also repaired the game. All my mods are updated. This problem happens over and over again.

This has been happening to me now for the past month. I've deleted all my mods, cleared my cache, undownloaded and redownloaded the game, repaired the game. I've literally done everything that I can find online and my screen still just loads black, white, or the blue that appears on the start up page. I just want to play the sims man
