I have an issue with the  Veterinary clinic from Sims 4 Cats and Dogs (no mods & my game is updated)

I cannot transfer funds between Vet clinic and my sim household, that makes Vet clinic completely unplayable 

I tried deleting localthumbcache file in the game and trying on different lots but still nothing
