Fish Tacos?

My Sim started making fish taco's and the animation for cutting the veg was fine but suddenly it all disappeared and she moans about not being able to get to the chopping board. I've moved the chopping board around and she complains about not being able to get to it every time. Is this a known issue?

    I had something like this happen once while cooking something in the oven.  It seemed like not a big deal to me.  I just scrapped the meal and made another.  Does seem like a bug.

    Edit:  For some reason, when I told him to scrap the meal, he was able to reach the food for that.
