[FIXED] [XB] Relationship panel UI glitching

Is your game currently frozen, or is your game running, but your Sim is not responding? If you try to press play or another button, what does it pop up as instead? 

Hello @EA_Solaire  ! My sim is stuck at the library. My sim and all the other sims in the library are moving and talking, but I cannot do anything. My cursor is stuck but when I finally do get it to move I cannot select anything. When I get the cursor to hover over any button it just comes up with realtionship stuff with the sims I was introduced to when I started the save even though that isn’t what Iam trying to select. I hope that makes sense!

Would you be able to upload and attach a quick video of this happening to your post just so I can get a better understanding of what exactly is going on? 

Same here! I've experienced this problem first at Thursday only at game play, but now it's happening when I'm at the main menu. When I try to use my cursor, my acquaintances skills are appearing on the screen at different places, and after a while it's impossible to control my cursor as well.

I attached a photo, it's unable to use the cursor not just in the game, but the main menu as well, and at the left corner once starts to appear the acquaintances profile - their job, pet, skill...

Please help!

@Mirabell117 So awful that this is happening. I spent a bunch of money on expansion packs and can’t even play the game 😣 I don’t understand why it’s not working for us. So sorry that you’re having the same issue! I hope it can get resolved.

Try uploading the video to YouTube instead and attaching a link to your post please. Are you also seeing this UI issue on the main menu?

this day I took the video was even worse. I could not get the cursor to hover over any of the buttons. I have not had the friendship/aspirations stuff come up on the main menu but it is very hard for me to get the cusor to move to push play. I hope this link works, I have never uploaded to youtube before!
