Cardiac Explosion Bug + Corrupted Save File

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Had a teen who just aged up but had spent the last few hours enraged from having the high maintenance trait which caused her to be constantly angry. When she aged up she had a confident moodlet from fighting a sim. She then died of cardiac explosion. I saved her life from the grim reaper, but then she died again the next day again with a confident moodlet. She had not been angry before then. After that my save file got corrupted and I could not save nor could I restart the game the family had been deleted.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cardiac explosion death while not having an angry moodlet
What do you expect to see? Sim should only experience this death when angry. I do not want to have my save file corrupted
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
