In all likelihood you have a screen capture program running in the background that uses the same key combination. See if you can change the key combination used in that program or shut it down while playing.

If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file and fix game in Origin. It may be related to your mods if CC stopping working at the same time. This is not a problem with mods, but a problem with your computer.
Check the settings on the computer.
It can be a keyboard, no sound on the speaker or any other device that has been temporarily or permanently disconnected from the computer.
