What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions - (I have all the expansions installed) Lovestruck, For Rent, Horse Ranch, Growing Together, High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Togther, and Get To Work. Game Packs - Werewolves, Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, and Outdoor Retreat. Stuff Packs - Crystal Creations, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Toddler, Fitness, Vintage Glamour, Backyard, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, and Movie Hangout. Kits - Castle Estate, Modern Luxe, Book Nook, Basement Treasures, Greenhouse Haven, Bathroom Clutter, Everyday Clutter, Desert Luxe, Little Campers, Blooming Rooms, and Bust The Dust.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When trying to travel to the lounge in Ciudad Enamorada. I encountered the bug whilst tyring to travel normally, and when planning a date through Lovestruck's 'Create a Date' feature.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game takes me to a loading screen, before an error occurs and I am booted to the Manage Worlds world selection screen and an error log appears. The error log advises me to restart my game. I can see in the corner a notifaction pop up that says 'Theres a celebrity making a rare appearance at the lounge, so nows the time to put your best foot forward! Or, at least, out of your mouth...' I restarted my game and selected my household again, but it seems my sim was in an endless loop of trying to travel to the lounge, which triggered the error again. I saved not long ago so I was able to recover my last save point, and avoided the circumstances that were triggering the error. I played the game for many more hours, before trying to take a different sim on a date to the lounge and encountering the same bug again. I tried traveling to the lounge without a date event active, and the error still occured.
What do you expect to see? A resuloution to the error occuring.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have come across this error 4+ times now (I was testing what exactly made the error occur), it happened twice through organic gameplay, once when I removed script mods, and once more after removing all mods including custom content. I didn't fully take notes on what occured during the other instances as I was just trying to quick fire solutions or work arounds.

My uneducated guess is that the error is tied to the celebrity apperance event.

If it helps I remembered to note down 2 of the error codes.

    I think you are on to something here... I've had this bug at random times last couple of days. Fist time it happend I repaired my game and recovered my save. I thought it was fine but today I got it again. When my Sims tried to travel from his dorm to the Darby's den. I got a pop up saying it was an event at this lot. But I am now at the world select screen with the error message. I can't get to the lot because it just marks the lot as "incomplete" if I "ignore" the error message.

    I tried restarting and then travel to my Sims Parents house for a visit instead. That worked no problem.  

    Could it be something to do with IF there is an event at the lot you are visiting something glitches out and sends you to the world select screen with an error message? 
    Because I have had no problem traveling to the park or to my sims parents house.

    @eyAnton I am on the PS4, so maybe it is different for me. I had the failed to load error when going on a date - which yes, would support your theory. But then I wanted to travel to the park later, when there wasn't an event. It gave me the error message. 2 times, with the incomplete marking.
    I loaded the home lot, chose the same Sim again and chose the park again, and then it worked. I hadn't changed anything in between, but it suddenly worked. Didn't even restart the game or anything. I also could go on dates a few times afterwards.
    Sometimes the error message would pop up, sometimes it wouldn't. Sometimes a location is bugged, sometimes the same location is fine right afterwards. I cannot find out what causes the problem, because twice there was no event going on for me.

    I had the incomplete message too, went into the lot in university and into build mode, didn't change anything but the incomplete symbol disappeared.  Now I can't access the world at all and have just sent my sim to university 🙁

    I am experiencing the same thing when trying to take sims to the Orchid a go go lot in Del Sol Valley.

    I’m noticing this error only in two specific situations: when I travel to lots that have club meetups or events happening and when I’m traveling to a lot that has the “university student hangout” or “singles hangout” lot trait. I am also seeing the “Lot incomplete” notification on lots that fail to load but I can load them in B/B and edit just fine. I’ve managed to load in to certain lots after sims failed to travel by opening the lot in build mode then reloading the sim that’s already on the lot from the world map, but it seems Pepper’s Pub is beyond broken due to the frequent university events that generate there. Really annoying bug. Hope it gets fixed soon!
