I am still experiencing some kind of issue. I have tried to repair it, uninstall and reinstall. I have played with recover files but at some point if I try to travel, I randomly get that issue. For example the sim I was playing with was a teen that graduated from high school early and tried to attend a university graduation but I got a similar error code. So I played with a recover file. She just aged up to a young adult and tried to attend graduation and got that error code. I will message you privately to send my game.
