[ECO] Vendors not showing up on marketplace lots

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.2.4400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except Seasons, HSY, and Horse Ranch. Half the game packs and stuff packs and a handful of kits - I can list them all if necessary.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a community center lot with a food stall (I’m not sure if this is specific to the marketplace subtype since I usually don’t play with the others)
What happens when the bug occurs? No vendors show up to open the food stalls like they used to. Also, on these lots it’s not possible to hire vendors manually.
What do you expect to see? Vendors showing up like they used to
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Not sure which one, maybe since Lovestruck

I use the marketplace lots a lot partly because they’re one of the only lot types where vendors automatically show up, so this is really frustrating!

    Hi @lucombre , is your marketplace lot in a neighborhood that already has vendors in the neighborhood terrain anywhere?

    like food stalls that are not on the lot?

    @lucombre Do you have vendors at food stalls that spawn in the worlds ? To be sure, you placed food stalls on those and you don't mean the market tables ?

    Could you maybe add some pics for clarification ?

    My marketplace is in Evergreen Harbour, the lot next to the Train Station.  I've been playing this lot since the Eco Pack came out, and have always had vendors spawn.  Now there is none.  They are the Winter Warm Up Stall and the Fall Comfort Stall.  There are no other vendor stalls spawned around the 'hood when playing the Marketplace lot.

    I've also noticed it happening in my Brindleton Bay Marketplace lot.

    Gave this a short test and a seller spawned for me for one of the food stalls. Did you have them spawn for both (since usually for bars only one spawns)

    Good news.  I fixed my issue:

    Load the lot via Build Mode

    Change the lot to Residential - this will "delete"  all sub-categories, but the actual building will still be there

    Save and Restart Game < this may not be needed, but I did it anyway.

    Re-enter the lot and change from Residential back to Community Space - "rebuild" all sub-lots, choose Marketplace again

    Send a sim to visit the lot.

    Yes, both vendors showed up for their stalls.

    Now off to fix all my other Marketplace lots that were having the same problem.  

    This did only happen since the latest patch.  I had the 123 error code so I installed LittleMSSam's mod to fix that.  No idea if the two bugs are related, but at least this one is  fairly easy to fix within game.

    I'm having this issue on PC. I have 2 food stalls and a bunch of vendor tables, but vendors are not showing up. One table works with goods for purchase, but that's it.

    @crinrict Sorry to just be seeing this now after so long. I’m still having this issue and it’s not just for the food stalls but also the market tables. All of my marketplace lots in various worlds, including Evergreen Harbor and Newcrest, are completely dead and useless at the moment. I’ll try switching the lot type as suggested and report back if it works.
