[GRO] Sims can't tell stories from sleepingbag

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except Lovestruck and Horse Ranch, All Gamepacks except Werewolves and Batuu, All stuff packs except Crystal creations spooky stuff Cool Kitchen and Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to tell stories from sleeping bag
What happens when the bug occurs? Endless loop of sim waving for audience sims to come over. The storytelling never starts and the sim gets stuck doing that animation until you cancel the storytelling.
What do you expect to see? sim tells story for the other sims completing slumber party goals and aspiration goals.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I tried using multiple different sleeping bags and tried moving them to different locations. I tried telling stories with child and adult sims to one or many sims. Nothing worked. The slumber party child aspiration did "complete" when I reset my sim after they were stuck in the waving loop for a while.
