Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send a sim to an acting audition (any agency, any audition).
What happens when the bug occurs? When they come back from the audition I always get a Last Exception and the career panel shows as if the audition hasn't happened yet. I don't get any notifications about whether she passed the audition or not either, just a Last Exception. The only way I can fix it is by switching agencies every time this happens (every audition) or saving and closing the game, then reopening. Then the career panel shows that my sim went to the audition and got the job and I am able to carry on with the gig. But this happens every single audition.
What do you expect to see? I send my sim to the acting audition, she comes back and she either has the job or doesn't. I will get a notification saying whether she passed the audition or not and the career panel will show accordingly.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This has happened since the latest game update.
I have removed all mods and tried it without mods and still have this issue. I then redownloaded MCCC and sent the LE to the discord server "Sims After Dark" who prompted me to share it here.
