Re: [LD] Sim who asks for mark of Edith functionally becomes Edith

Two of my characters have the same interactions as Edith. They can communicate with others but other sims can't interact normally with them. One of them is my main sims husband and they can't woohoo. He can ask my main sim and they have the conversation and agree to do so, but then the woohoo interaction cancels out.

I've tried repairing my game, shift-clicking to reset the sims, moving them out of the household, and then back in.

Both affected sims made contact with Edith one got the mark successfully and wished on the well and the other couldn't get her to speak with him. My main sim asked for the mark more than once and made wishes but she wasn't affected by the glitch. Even after the main sims husband died and came back as a ghost he still has Edith's interactions and can't perform solace embrace. This makes me not want to develop his ghost powers any further because if he can't do solace embrace he probably can't grant a need or benevolantly bless. I moved the second sim out into his own home and I haven't tried having anyone communicate with him since I moved him out.
