Re: save files will not load in game

@LouiseRoseDB I suspect the problem of missing files might be caused by OneDrive. Do you have OneDrive set to keep files local? Do you actually have a need for OneDrive? I don't need it and unless you have the deal with Microsoft for free cloud storage when you purchase Microsoft Office or sync data - DO YOU REALLY NEED OneDrive? OneDrive is an app you can't delete but you can disable it. I do not want my personal data in the cloud. I can just see the Microsoft police laughing at your selfies right now. As I don't want OneDrive I have not had any problems with missing data. I disabled OneDrive the first thing I installed Windows 10. When you play the game there is a lot of file activity and that may be upsetting OneDrive. Syncing data that is changing a lot was not the intention of the syncing process as data may become fragmented and corrupt. I have not been able to duplicate this problem but then again I would not use OneDrive. Anytime you sync data you have to know what you are syncing from and what you are syncing to. I'm guessing (but I haven't proved yet) that I think your computer may be syncing from a computer that doesn't exist (no files) or has fragmented files during the sync process. Again a folder that has files that are frequently changing could become fragmented. If you don't need OneDrive disable it or make sure it is configured for your needs and that that files for your game are not included and see if that doesn't fix the issue.
