am I being stupid or does this thing just show how to change and visit the lot with a different type? cus then I might have just wasted a lot of time I know how to change but I dont know how/if you can run the building like manage it and that and also I barely understood that "Handy" thing

If you're looking for additional lots than the ones there are now, that isn't possible. 

Maybe you can mod that in....
