I have a PC. It is older so that might be an issue. i checked my sims 4 extra content and all of my packs were there but city living was not..

@Jocey2002 You can try open Origin - login - in games in upper left click reload game library. If that doesn't work you will have to contact EA customer service - link - EA customer service as these forums are open public forum and accounts can not be accessed here.

Thanks much! it did not work so i will continue without is until i find the error.
