okay why was all my creations from past before this last update for everything is gone! I can not hardly play, after I created a Sim and started to create a horse it crashed back to main menu the sim I created was not saved yet, all my gallery creations are completely gone, why?
Then I saw this
the neck in photo is bad but had to click on choose a face head and it went away, Glitching game
Fix this please help.
My game just updated and it's not reading my save file, the game is BROKEN to a next level, I don't even know how to fix the sims anymore

For the crashing, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
