[LD] Rebirth: Reborn Sim gets 'Hey, it's mom' call from previous self's mom

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020 (DX11) (64 Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a reborn sim whose parent from the previous life is still alive, keep playing until they call.
What happens when the bug occurs? The reborn sim gets a phone call pop-up from the parent of the sim they were in the previous life, just like they were still the parent. Both the reborn sim and the deceased sim show up as siblings in the family tree.
What do you expect to see? The previous sim's parents having at most those strange familiar feelings, not outright calling the reborn sim their son.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I play with aging off, so the family tree is still very much alive. The reborn sim (currently child) got a phone call pop-up from the mother of the sim they used to be, the sim who is now dead. One would expect that there's just some strange familiarity about having been close before, not straight out acknowledgment as their son. The said mother is not in the same household as the reborn child.

The phonecall is the typical parental one when they don't live in the same household:

"Hey Honey, it's Mom. When are you going to come visit? I put all my love and effort into raising you. You can at least drop by once in a while and tell your dear Mommy you love her, can't you?"

(+ the three reaction options)

To complicate the family tree, the grown-up in the child's household is the daughter of his previous self. The game automatically tagged her as niece, instead of daughter, so I'm surprised the family tree still shows the previous sim-self's mother as this reborn child's mother as well.

...this is so complicated to explain.

Cordelia --- mother of Miles, household 1

|

Miles -- son of Cordelia (now deceased, died in household 2)

|

Luna -- daughter of Miles (young adult in household 2)

|

Miles II -- reborn Miles, after he died he was reborn as an infant, currently a child (household 2)

Rebirth CAS automatically tagged Miles and Luna as uncle and niece instead of father and daughter, which made sort of sense.Maybe there's game-coded age-differences preventing things.

But then Cordelia called Miles II with that 'Hey Honey, it's mom' call and I looked at the family tree. The rebirth has added the reborn Miles II as a sibling to the first (now deceased) Miles, which of course makes him indeed Luna's uncle.

This might also be because I couldn't (and didn't want to, either) make Luna his mother in cas, so there was no parent designated in the rebirth cas. Luna did the 'adopt as caretaker' thing and all worked fine, until this little glitch.

Surely I'm not the only one who places reborns into the care of people who are not designated as their parents?
