[GTW] Sims not getting abducted by aliens

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with logic high enough to use search for the truth, use that option every night.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim does not get abducted under circumstances that would normally guarantee an abduction a few years ago.
What do you expect to see? My sims getting abducted.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tested this extensively both without mods and with them, in two separate saves, one vanilla and one that isnt and sims just will not get abducted anymore. A few years ago I was guaranteed an abduction after using search for the truth, but testing this i did that every night, while also contacting aliens and interacting with aliens for 3 ingame weeks and nothing happened. I then installed mccc to use the feature it has to kick off an alien invasion which was something that used to get all sims abducted in the past also, but now even with that feature on sims would not get abducted unless i hit "contact aliens", that would finally force it. tldr; you cannot seem to get a sim abducted by aliens without mods anymore. i also used both a vampire and a human sim to test this.
