I'm not EA help or A SimGuru just a player like you...anyways have you try to repair your game though Origin ?

Oh yeah no worries I am looking for any help I can receive! 

@Phantomlover1717 I've reverted my setting in game play, uninstalled, re installed, repaired through the drop down menu in Origin. 

But did you try the factory reset?
