So this is Origin or the game problem despite the Windows report
Have you tried to repair the game in Origin?
Another method - uninstal Origin manually in add / remove programs option Use Ccleaner.

Download the latest Origin version

Reinstal your graphic card drivers even if you have the newest one instal it once more.
Sometimes driver update requires a PC restart and it isn’t prompting all users to do so.
