Sims 4 data missing please help!!

I recently started playing and The Sims 4 and I turned my laptop on this morning and started playing and a message came up about I was using the 64 bit version and I should switch to 32 bit but I already had been using 32 bit. When I changed it to 32 bit on Origin I loaded the game and all my save files weren't in game and I only had the option to make a sim. In the folder it has save files but when the game is loaded they aren't there. I think it may have something to do with my cc as it only happened after i put a bunch of cc into the mod folder. Plus when i load the game my cc isnt there either. If anyone knows how to help get it back let me know as I have worked hard on the files that are missing. Thanks.

Do you have OneDrive on your computer? Make sure that the game is not using the OneDrive-folders. Try turning off OneDrive before starting the game.

You can check where the game saves your files by looking in your Game Options - Screenshot settings.

Make sure that the path above is the same place as where you have your saves and mods.
