f that does not help, try downloading the latest VC++ from Microsoft and install them.

Hello, I finally got it to work! I went into my control panel and uninstalled all of the VC++ redistributables. I then restarted my PC and tried to finalize the installation again and it worked. Thank you for your suggestion! It basically was what you said.
