Error message when trying to upload sims on the gallery

Hello,

I tried to upload sims on the gallery recently and it suddently stopped working. I uploaded a family in a new save (I don't have any mods or cc in this, it's a completely new folder and game) without problem, even two times because I realised that I missed something so I deleted it then uploaded it again, then after deleting two or three other creations I tried to upload another sims family to the gallery and got the error message that my request can't be processed by the gallery and try later. I tried to repair my game multiple times, move back to direct 9, get a new folder, upload directly instead of first saving it to my gallery, tried to upload from cas, the main menu, inside the new save, waiting to see if it'll still upload, nothing works
