Another thing that seems to cause this is the floor window object (Crystal Clear) that came with IL. Do you have that object anywhere on your lot?

I tested this quickly without any result:
In a new folder, moved sim in to Streamlet Single, Willow Creek, went into build mode, built a new floor plan/balcony, both by way of room tool, and the deck tool. Placed both floor tiles from the bug report: GlamorStuff Stained Concrete and (what looks like) Handscraped Wood Flooring. Changed camera to Sims 3 camera. Placed the decoration Crystal Clear on both floors, one at a time. Rolled the camera around, and tried to place stuff (bed, decor) on the balcony.
Tried the same in Lagoon Look, Sulani, from Manage World view, then Build Mode, with no sim living there, and with the Crystal Clear object on same floor plane. No disappearing floor.
@RodrigoDRT If you recognize the issue from the linked bug report in the previous post, please click Me Too, and provide much more info. Things to start with:
Which lots, prebuilt or your own/from the gallery does it happen on; which build tools did you use to build the floor; what steps had you done just before you saw the issue; does it always happen on the same lot, or does it differ from time to time; does it happen on only overhanging floor planes, like balconies or deck/bridge over water, etc.
Also please upload the lots to the gallery, naming them, so to give players a chance to test the actual builds.
