Shower with clothing?

What happens when the bug occurs? Sim go shower (always male) with female clothes
What do you expect to see? blurred dudes I guess?

Im so confused how did that happened but since the update, I started a new game, my male sims start to shower with clothes (not cc clothes as you can see from the picture)
It happened to the dad and teen, I managed to use MCCC to fix dad's tiny sport top but I can't change the teen's "Naked outfit"
The way i did it is changed the outfit to nude and use MCCC to blacklist/clear the outfit but because this one is teen, I can't have him be "naked".
I mean Im totally fine with this happening but the red dress just really got me lol..help.
