Hi @LauraMeganGames - I'm sorry it's taken a while for someone to answer you. I have tested this in my game with a Marine Biologist who is at level 10. For me, I found that if you send them off to work, the sim got paid when they get home. But the pay for work at home was inconsistent for me.

The first day, he got paid in the morning around the time he was asked whether he wanted to work from home that day. This was for the work at home tasks he had done prior to the patch.

After I "cleared" the work from home that was done before the patch, when he worked from home he didn't get paid until he completed all the job tasks. As soon as he completed the last job task for the workday, the pay was deposited. There was never a popup about getting paid, not in the morning when he selected whether he would work from home or go work, nor at completion of his job tasks. 

There IS a pop-up asking if he wants to work from home, and that's about the time he used to get paid. Is this the pop-up you are talking about? The only other message I received was when he got a raise for all this good job performance. But I haven't been receiving the message we used to get, saying something about the boss being pleased with his work. 

Could you check to see if your sim is getting paid at the time they complete their work-at-home tasks?

*edited to add - I don't know why it wasn't happening earlier, but my sim started getting the pop-up saying the boss was happy with his work, and that he was paid. He did not get paid at that time. He was already paid the evening before, when he finished the job task
