Can't find odd jobs nor gigs for freelancer

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except for Realm of Magic, Vampires and the Deluxe Content of Base Game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Joining a freelancer career and trying to find a gig, either through the panel or phone, or simply opening the odd jobs tab through the phone. The pop up for both is blank. The acting gigs works properly.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime for me.
What do you expect to see? A list with gigs and odd jobs, even if they are broken.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Haven't seen the exact issue I am having anywhere, except something similar happened a while ago with the acting career.
- I am joining the freelancer career, but can't find any gig. The pop up is blank, no matter how I access it (through the phone or through the panel);
- For some reason, the phone gives me the option to abadon a gig, even if I couldn't find one in the first place. Doing it does not solve the problem;
- It only happens with the freelancer gigs. The acting gigs show up just fine for another sim in the same household;
- The odd jobs list does not show up for any of my sims. Pop up is blank.
- Note this is not the "can't complet gigs" bug. I can't even find them in the first place.
- I tried to change freelancer professions back and fourth but that didn't solve the issue.
- I already tried to revert back the save as long as I could, but the issue kept on happening.
The fact I can't find people talking about it leads me to think its a mod-related issue, but I already:
- Removed them all multiple times looking for the problem and double checked their updates, including UI Cheats;
- Deleted localthumbs and repaired the game everytime I removed my mods and CC;
- Completely cleaned the game folder only preserving my saves/tray folder.
Can't really think of anything else so any help would be appreciated on how to deal with this.

As it turns out, the game fixed itself 🤔
I decided to give up on it and keep playing, and it turns up all options started working out of the blue. My exact steps were:
a) I travelled to another lot. This didn't fix the problem on its own, nor on my previous tests.
b) I cancelled the pending job on my phone just because. It also didn't fix the problem, same as I tested before.
c) I did however cheated and prometed my sim a few times with UI cheats, then demoted her back. Didn't work on its own.
d) I then travelled to another lot from there and kept on playing. At this point, I gave up checking.
e) Came back home. Didn't check if it worked.
f) Next day, I decided to change professions, but first I checked if any gig showed up and what do you know! All gigs and odd jobs are fine?
I even completed a couple of them, so yeah. At some point, it started working again.
