@Teala123  Origin doesn't normally have a "cart" where you can add multiple items for purchasing all at once.  The exception is during sales, when you can check off a number of items from the sale list before jumping to checkout.  Other than that though, you'll need to buy each bundle separately.

For the items you don't plan to bundle, it's easy enough to buy them all at once during a sale, and you'll save money too.  Origin has frequent sales of Sims 4 content, so you shouldn't have to wait too long.
