Re: sims 4 insufficient memory

@mahawabrown  Does this happen if you try to play right after restarting your computer and without opening any other programs?  Please also try putting the EA App in offine mode before launching Sims 4.

If this doesn't help, restart your computer again, open the Task Manager (but nothing else), and let me know how much memory is being used.  The value will show up across the top of the window.

Your computer doesn't have a lot of memory, as in RAM, which is separate from storage.  And that may be the issue here, but if so, we can try to limit how much RAM the system is using outside of Sims 4.
