They should all be roughly equal in terms of performance, they have more than enough storage for Sims 4 and as much custom content as you could download, and they have reasonably-good screens. (The MSI's screen is a bit brighter than the others.) So it would be perfectly reasonable to choose one based on other factors, even aesthetics.
If you don't like any of these, let me know why, and I'll have another look. But these are the best I found for £400 or less, with cheaper ones involving at least one compromise: a lower-quality screen, less storage, weaker graphics. Still, those options are out there too if you want to see some.
