Support not helping at all!!!!!

I have now tried for months to get a code so that my daughter can play Sims 4 on her EA account.

The trouble is that she is under 14, so EA store just shows the "you have to get a code from your parent/guardian" message, and a link titled "Need help getting a code"  the target of the link is a page describing how to redeem a code, not how to get one.

I have reached out to support, but all I get are instructions to go check the forum, case closed! Here the solution I find is to contact support, that then sends me back to the forum, to find the solution that instructs me to contact support, that sends me back to the forum, cased closed, where I ... et infinitum.
