@Danii737 Do you have the CAS Demo installed? And when you say "get to the pack file," what exactly do you mean?

Yeah I have the CAS Demo installed and in that thread you posted above it says I need to remove the 'pack file', but I don't know where to find that and I also don't know what that is
@Danii737 Okay, I see. You're actually looking for the folder, not the file, for the pack that doesn't show up. The holiday pack's folder is labeled FP01, as in, Free Pack number one.
As for where to find it, it'll be wherever the CAS Demo is installed, so probably something like this:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Sims 4 CAS Demo

Alright I'll check it later and I'll let you know if it worked

Okay so i searched for FP01 in my files and it showed these three do I delete the first one or also the second one or do I only delete the second one as both look similar except the second also has 'installer' in the name and also 'DLC'
@Danii737 You delete the first two and then rename the "The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo" folder they're inside. The third folder is patch data: the Delta folder holds patch-related info for all packs whether they're installed or not. If you did delete this folder, a game repair would restore it, so it's not a big deal.

I deleted the FP01 folders, but now it says I can't change the name of the Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo folder, because it says I have the folder or file opened in another program :/ What would happen if I completely deleted everything related to the demo?
@Danii737 Open the Task Manager and make sure the EA App isn't running, and also the EABackgroundService, which would be listed under background processes. If you find either one, right-click and End Task.
If you delete the CAS Demo, you won't be able to reinstall it. Maybe that matters to you; maybe it doesn't.

I just stopped all tasks related to the EA app and I was able to rename the demo folder so what do I do now? Can I just reopen the EA app and download the pack?
@Danii737 Yes, go ahead and download the pack from the App, then let me know whether it shows up in-game.

Thank you so much it now says I own the pack instead of 'download to use' or 'restart to use'
