If your account information looks different, and your content is missing from your account, it sounds like you may be logging into a different EA account than the one you had originally purchased all your content on. Please look over the Order History on your account and check for any previous purchases there- if your order history is showing as blank, this means you're currently logging into the incorrect EA account.
You'll need to log back into the original account that you made all your purchases on and you'll see your expansions and games available in your game library to access and play again. If you need help locating the original login details for your account, you'll want to contact the live support team- here on the forums we don't have access to your specific account details to investigate into this further with you.
