Hello, I’ve been playing the game for almost a month now, but since yesterday (possibly since the new event started?), I haven’t been able to play anymore. The game still launches, but when I select an apartment and a character to play with, the world map screen appears along with an error message suggesting a reload. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but I still can’t play it normally. I really hope this can be fixed soon because I love The Sims 4 so much!
lmliiiing921 Does this happen on any lot that's a residential rental, or only the one? If you don't have another lot to test with, try a new save.
Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this household, the one that's giving you the error, and look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open it and delete its first line of text, then attach it to a reply here. Alternately, you can copy the text and paste it into your reply.
