@great797 Is your computer offline, or only the EA App? Does it help to disable Online Social Features, in Options > Game Options > Other, or anything else in that menu? And which loading screen do you get stuck on while online?
it started with i wasn't able to play them when i launched it the first time. the screen was black and i could only hear the sound coming through. Then, i started updating nvidia software and everything, deleted all mods, changed to windowed mode (i set it as full screen mode before) then it is somehow worked perfectly while online after a couple of PC restart.
After 2 days of playing like normal, the next day I logged in I couldn't get past the first loading screen after launching, and i waited for an hour or two, thinking it's just slow loading? But unfortunately, it never got past the first loading screen. So i tried by closing the game (on Steam) then went back to EA app and set to Offline Mode then relaunching the game and it worked. I've been playing offline ever since.
The thing is I've never encountered such issues and I don't know what to do next except play as it is.
@great797 Try uninstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and restart your computer before reinstalling it. Then see whether you can play online.
