Missing All Packs, Clearing Cache for the EA App not helping

Hey, so I downloaded the EA app to my windows laptop when I was forced to make the switch. Played the sims 4 with it maybe once without any problems. Then the next time I opened up my game and tried to load up my saved game, it warned me that my saved game packs I didn't have... which shouldn't be possible because I've bought all the packs I use. I checked and realized that every pack I had downloaded for my game, some years old and some a few months ago, were gone. It's not every pack for the sims 4 by any means; just Seasons, Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, Werewolves, Vampires, Tiny living, Paranormal Stuff, Blooming Rooms, Everyday Clutter, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe (which I got when it was free), and even the holiday celebrations pack, but it kind of freaked me out because it's still a lot of money and content to lose. I started one chat with EA's support team, and the person I spoke to was great, but I had to stop before we could figure it out due to prior arrangements. I checked the forums and saw that a potential fix was to repair the game, and then if that didn't work to clear the cache on the EA app and try to repair it again, but even after doing all this my packs are still gone. I'm attempting to continue my case with EA support, but I'm writing this post now regardless in the hopes that if we figure out what's wrong, I can update this with what we found out the problem was so that other people will know how to fix it.

  • @wolfheartninja  Do your packs show as owned in your EA App game library or not?  You can check by clicking on the Sims 4 icon and selecting Manage > Manage Add-ons.
